Labnet Prism Mini Centrifuge

Project scope: After our successful collaboration developing the Prism Centrifuge, Labnet tasked us with developing a Prism Mini Centrifuge to extend their brand and line of devices.

The Prism Mini was designed to be extremely compact and economical, and appropriate for a wide range of molecular biology applications and quick spins. Its small footprint makes it the perfect choice for a laboratory with multiple workstations that require their own centrifuge.  The Mini features excellent airflow and performance that exceeds users’ expectations. Quick-release interchangeable rotors, an electronic brake and self-opening lid allow for quick deceleration and reduced handling time. The unified design and engineering process resulted in a product that is remarkably quiet and nearly maintenance-free.
