Full Life Pilot Walker

Project scope: Definitive was asked to develop a flagship product for a start-up company, one that would revolutionize mobility aid products through innovation and new product features.

The Full Life Pilot Walker was the result of our designers and engineers conducting extensive research and collaborating with physical therapists to determine the features that would distinguish the product. Winner of a 2007 Medical Design Excellence Award, the Full Life Pilot Walker has a unique patented feature set that is unmatched in the marketplace and offers superior ergonomics and usability that accommodate users of all shapes and sizes. Handles are easily adjusted and the integrated seat can also be adjusted or easily flipped up and out of the way. The walker is made of extremely light components and folds flat for easy storage and transport. A variety of attachable accessories allows users to customize the walker.
